Wales are the horizontal beams along the front side of your seawall that add the strength needed to endure in tough environments. The forces on seawalls come from two directions: the force of the earth behind the seawall and the force of water on the front surface. If the wale deteriorates, the seawall is in danger of failure.
Our patented ShoreGuard wales provide long-term strength and an attractive design. While wood wales have been used for years with wall structures, ShoreGuard wales provide increased longevity and reduced maintenance associated with conventional products.
